We continue to provide consultations in a way that keeps all patients and our staff safe and minimises the risks of transmission of the Covid 19 virus.
Services which require face to face consultation (cervical cytology screening, childhood immunisations, child health surveillance checks, blood pressure checks, diabetic foot checks etc) continue to be provided at surgery and patients should continue to book these at reception by calling 020 8918 0580 Mon-Fri 12-6pm.
You will be required to wear a face covering (unless medically exempt) throughout your attendance and to comply with social distancing rules (keeping 2m or 6 feet away from other people).
Please CANCEL your appointment if you develop ANY cough, fever, loss of smell/ taste or shortness of breath or if you have had a positive Covid 19 test in the previous 21 days. See advice below on what to do if you think you may have contracted Covid 19 infection.
To book a routine telephone/ video consultation call reception on 020 8918 0580 Mon-Fri 12-6pm.
Face to Face GP appointments are available for patients who have no Covid symptoms. You will be asked to confirm that you do not have cough/fever/loss of smell or taste prior to your appointment. Please contact surgery to convert your appointment to a telephone or video consultation if you develop any of these symptoms.
For an urgent same day appointment call 020 8918 0580 Mon-Fri at 8am.
These appointments are for medically urgent conditions only and are limited in number. Please do not use them for routine requests such as sick certificates, medical reports, repeat prescriptions, reviews of long-standing conditions etc
If you wish to book an evening (up to 10pm weekdays) or weekend appointment at our GP access hubs at North Street Medical Centre in Romford or Rosewood Medical Centre in Hornchurch, call 020 3770 1888 (Mon-Fri 2pm-9pm Sat/ Sun 9am-6pm).
